Workshops and communication training for companies

Baila (= dance) gives communication training sessions based on Caribbean dances. The trainers of Baila, Leo Martina and Monique Struch, are both dance teachers. As they have a broad commercial experience, they realised that communication is the base condition for good co-operation and thus for the succes of an organization. Dancing, moving in harmony, is nothing else than the result of good communication.
During the training sessions, the participants learn a Caribbean dance in a short time. Depending on your target and personal wishes, the trainers can make a link to general communication processes or to tailor-made solutions for company specific communication problems. Subjects as leadership, mutual respect en effective communication are important parts of the training. The training also stimulates creativity, flexibility and team building.

Our product is suitable for each organization which wants to emphasize the profit of communication and team building in an original way. Besides that, our product has a double effect: on one side our workshops are aimed at instruction and learning, at the other side they can serve as a 'relaxing intermezzo' e.g. during or after an intensive training day. The trainers of Baila are very flexible. They can arrange a training on location for small as well as bigger groups. In consultation with you the duration and time will be determined.
Baila is especially active in trade and industry. For example, we organized training sessions and shows for companies such as Heineken, ABN/AMRO, Novib, Topaz, Randstad Uitzendbureau, the Sociaal Pedagogische Dienst and the Holy Hospital. The various companies and institutions were very well satisfied about the enthusiastic participation and the impact of the workshops. Leo and Monique also participated in the television program 'Herrie in de keuken' with Herman den Blijker that was broadcasted on RTL television.

When our product does appeal to you, we are gladly willing to make an appointment to give you more detailed information.
